When Peaceful Problem Solving Doesn't Feel Peaceful?

Updated: Jul 10, 2020

Life comes with big emotions, ups and downs, friendships, partnerships and all things in between. Crucial conversations in life and hard decisions must be treated delicately. When emotions are high, and needs aren't being met, or hurt feelings and unjust behaviors are involved, tensions can run high and make the problem feel like everything but peaceful.

You can always come to some sort of agreement and keep moving forward in your truth.

When we come accross these types of tough life choices, we need to breathe first, and then proceed.

Take a breath, write down your feelings, live in total truth and speak your total truth. The peacefulness comes from you and your truth. In your communications, you can encourage the other party to also speak their truth and you need to really listen with your heart.

At the end of the day, you will make hard decisions, and they may sting for a bit, but if you are in total truth, you will get to peace. Love always in all ways, Cheryl
